We already brought you part one of our list of 15 things you probably did not know about Cody Simpson, and now we’re back with part two! Check out eight more fascinating facts about the Australian singer and musician that you definitely (probably) did not know below. You might be surprised by what you find out!
Number Eight: He Doesn’t Mind Cramped Spaces. Simpson revealed in an interview that he actually enjoys being on a tour bus. He said that even though it can be cramped, he enjoys seeing a different part of the world when he wakes up every morning.
Number Seven: He Is Very Emotional. Simpson has admitted that he is quite in touch with his emotions, and he says that he has always been that way. Love makes Simpson very emotional, and he also says that he becomes emotional when he experiences homesickness.
Number Six: He Is a Talented Swimmer. In fact, Simpson has even won two gold medals! He won the medals at the Queensland Swimming Championships.
Number Five: He Has His Own Record Label. After Simpson left his big record label (which we mentioned in part one of this list), he made his own record label called Coast House Records. He eventually went on to sign with his own label.
Number Four: He Loves Cereal. Simpson has expressed his love for cereal in several interviews, and he says that his favorite cereal is Cinnamon Toast Crunch. He also said that he would sometimes make ex-girlfriend Gigi Hadid cereal for breakfast in the morning.
Number Three: He Loves Surfing. But that should be clear if you’ve ever listened to his music. Simpson loves surfing so much that he named his second album Surfers Paradise, and he named his single from 2014 “Surfboard.”
Number Two: He Loves His Family. Simpson’s motto is “Family comes first,” and he is so devoted to his family that he even keeps a large family portrait in his bedroom! Aw.
Number One: He Would Bring Some Interesting Things if He Was Stranded on an Island. Simpson has said that if he were stranded on an island, he would bring an extra pair of clothes, Jake Thrupp, and a bottle of ketchup.
