We already brought you part one of our list of 15 things you probably did not know about Dave Grohl, and now we’re back with part two! Check out eight more fascinating facts about the singer and frontman of Foo Fighters that you definitely (probably) did not know below. You might be surprised by what you find out!

Number Eight: He Has Some Interesting Fan Stories. Though this shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, Grohl has had some interesting interactions with his fans. One such interaction involves a female fan duct taping her bra to a tennis ball and throwing it at the stage while he was playing.

Number Seven: He Did Not Like Working in a Record Store. Grohl worked at the infamous Tower Records in Washington D.C., and he said it was the worst job he ever had. He worked there in the late 1980s.

Number Six: He Was Anti-Bush. George W. Bush used “Times Like These” at his 2004 rallies, and Grohl was so against him that he began publicly supporting Kerry and even performed solo acoustic sets at Kerry’s rallies.

Number Five: He Likes the Spice Girls. Specifically, Grohl has said that he has gotten “Two Become One” stuck in his head. He says that he loves the song, although he’s not entirely sure why he loves it so much.

Number Four: He Wanted to Be a Helicopter Pilot. If Grohl wasn’t the frontman to one of the biggest rock bands of the 20th century, you might see him up in the sky. He reportedly wanted to be a helicopter pilot as a child.

Number Three: He Is Scared of Tiny Dinosaurs. Grohl was once on an acid trip while on a boat from England to Belgium, and he reportedly hallucinated that tiny dinosaurs were chewing on people’s ankles.

Number Two: He Is Connected to Rashida Jones. In fact, Grohl used Jones in the Foo Fighters’ video for “Long Road To Ruin.”

Number One: He is an Ambassador for Climate Change. Grohl served as an ambassador for climate change as part of a campaign called Global Cool.
