David Beckham: 15 Things You Didn’t Know (Part 1)

Soccer superstar and entrepreneur David Beckham is known for both his skill and his good looks, and there is very little of his life that hasn’t been covered by the paparazzi and public eye. Despite this, there are several interesting facts about him that many people still don’t know. Here, we present 15 things you probably didn’t know about David Beckham. Number Fifteen: He Likes Romantic Comedies. In an interview, Beckham admitted that he enjoys the occasional romantic comedy. Aw, how cute!

Number Fourteen: He Can Cook. Not only can he cook, but he has sophisticated tastes, too! His favorite thing to cook is risotto.

Number Thirteen: He Sings in the Shower. And he also gets really classy with what he chooses to sing, too. According to an interview Beckham did with Women’s Health magazine, his favorite thing to sing in the shower is “any Frank Sinatra song.”

Number Twelve: His Secret to a Successful Relationship Is… Beckham knows that being in a long-term relationship is tough work. According to him, the secret to a successful relationship is, “…To love and respect one another and work hard. And you always need to give the other person attention and make sure to show them how much you love them.” So true, DB!

Number Eleven: His Favorite Hair Color  on a Woman Is… This factoid is a little corny, but according to an interview Beckham did, his favorite hair color on a woman is “…whatever hair color my wife Victoria happens to be.” We guess he’s OK with platinum blonde and deep brunette, then.

Number Ten: He Loves to Be Tidy. In fact, Beckham’s worst pet peeve is untidiness. We bet Victoria really appreciates this about him, considering how immaculate her appearance is.

Number Nine: He Has a Soft Spot for Pie and Mash. Though Beckham most assuredly has to keep a nice figure for his sport, he’s also no stranger to indulgences. According to him, his favorite British meal is pie and mash. He also admitted that he enjoys red wine, but only in moderation.
