It’s summer, which means festival season is in full swing. This Memorial Day weekend anyone who lives on the East Coast has a huge variety of festivals to choose from. One newcomer to the summer festival circuit that we have our eye on this year is Mysteryland, which takes place at New York’s beloved Bethel Woods. The Bethel Woods Center for the Arts empowers artists and art lovers by presenting a diverse selection of culturally-rich performances, community and educational programming. Located 90 miles from New York City at the site of the 1969 Woodstock festival in Bethel, NY, the lush 800-acre campus includes a Pavilion Stage amphitheater with seating for 15,000. Each year, Mysteryland sets up camp on beautiful grounds around the globe – from the lush green fields of Holland to the mountainous town of Picarquín, Chile. Since 1994, these festival producers have hosted a multi-sensory experience that draws creative, electronic-music-loving tastemakers from around the world.
