Iggy Azalea: 15 Things You Didn’t Know (Part 1)

Iggy Azalea has quickly risen to fame over the course of the past few years. Though she has gotten both good press and bad press, there is no denying that she is making her mark on the industry. Despite the fact that the young performer has spent a considerable amount of time in the spotlight, there are still many things that people don’t know about her. With that in mind, here we present our list of 15 things you probably didn’t know about Iggy Azalea. Number Fifteen: Creativity Runs in Her Blood. Azalea’s father was actually a visual artist, so she may have gotten her creative chops from him. She says that growing up with another artist turned her into a “complete psychopath” for music.

Number Fourteen: She Is a Roald Dahl Fan. Azalea says she loves Dahl’s books because they are a little bit dark. She has said that she especially loves Matilda for the story.

Number Thirteen: She Was 13 When She Had Her First Kiss. Azalea’s first kiss was with a boy who lived down the street from her, and she was 13 years old when it happened. She said, “I think I wanted to kiss him more than he wanted to kiss me. I had a big crush on him.” We wonder what he thinks of her now!

Number Twelve: She Has a Favorite Cuss Word. Azalea has said that her favorite cuss word of all time is “f***.” She says that she likes the word because it is “transitional.”

Number Eleven: She Used to Be a Maid. Well, sort of. When she was in Australia, Azalea would clean houses and hotel rooms just to earn money and get by. She said that it was gross, but it was not the worst day job she’s had.

Number Ten: She Was Also a Cashier. Following the above point, Azalea has said that the worst job she ever had was as a cashier at a supermarket. She was just 14 years old when she had the job, and she said she hated standing up all day.

Number Nine: She Loves Pizza. Specifically, Azalea loves Papa John’s pizza. She has said that she eats it “…like five times a week.”
