Jennifer Lawrence is one of the biggest young talents in the film industry right now. The 25-year-old has been touted as the voice of her generation, and she has an acting resume (and a spitfire attitude) to back that statement up. Despite the fact that Lawrence has spent so much time in the spotlight, there are still some things that many people do not know about her. Number Fifteen: She Could Have Been in Twilight. In fact, Lawrence auditioned for the role of Bella Swan in the movie Twilight, but the role was given to Kristen Stewart. Lawrence also auditioned for Emma Stone’s role in Superbad but did not land it.
Number Fourteen: She “Chose” Who to Have an Affair With. A tabloid was reportedly set to run a story about Lawrence having an affair with one of her co-stars. She was given the “choice” of having the tabloid print that she was having an affair with either Bradley Cooper or Samuel Claflin. She chose Cooper.
Number Thirteen: She Is a Full House Fanatic. When Lawrence met John Stamos for the first time, she kept calling him Uncle Jesse (from his role on the show Full House). She was reportedly so excited to meet him that he asked her if she had taken psychedelic mushrooms.
Number Twelve: She Nearly Lost Her Security Deposit Over X-Men. Lawrence had to wear full-body makeup for her role in the movie X-Men: First Class. The movie was filmed in London, and Lawrence nearly lost her security deposit for the apartment she had in Notting Hill because of the blue makeup staining her bathtub.
Number Eleven: She Grew Up on a Farm. It’s true! Lawrence grew up in Kentucky, and while she was there, her family owned a horse farm.
Number Ten: She Trained Hard to Prepare for Her Role in Hunger Games. Lawrence prepared for her role as Katniss in The Hunger Games by training with a four-time Olympian archer from Georgia (the country). Girl’s got skills.
Number Nine: She Swears Like a Sailor. The set of The Hunger Games had a swear jar, and according to director Gary Ross, Lawrence contributed “at least half” of what was in the swear jar because of her swearing habits.
