Jim Morrison was a song-writer, singer, poet and the lead vocalist of The Doors. His music was revolutionary that influenced all generations starting from the ‘60s. He was a rebel and a non-conformist who took over the world through his music. Jim Morrison was mysterious and intelligent, having been inspired by great philosophers and poets like Nietzsche, but he had a wild side too. Jim believed that you need to destroy in order to create. He studied film at UCLA and was beyond talented. Unfortunately, his wild side got out of control and he died of from heroin overdose.

This quote also gives the explanation about the name of the band he was in. The quote inspires people to explore new avenues in life and not be afraid of new opportunities. Who knows which door leads to happiness?

This quote inspires people to be able to laugh at oneself, to take risks and to be fair. It may not always get you the desired outcome, and may backfire, but then what does one have to lose in this temporary abode?

Jim says the unspoken here. We are so afraid of death and sad times that we often forget that they are inevitable. One must experience every emotion in life, for that is what makes a human, human.

This is for those who take risks and may even seem suicidal at times. But, how has anyone made it big without dreaming about it and then giving it one’s all. The cowards shall always oust you for being foolish because for them, mediocrity is normalcy.
