Number Fifteen: He Is Extremely Generous. According to his friend Jamey Johnson, “He’s the kind of guy that does the right thing even when no one’s looking.” Johnson went on to say, “You’re more likely to go and find out some of the charitable things he’s done in his life from other people than from him, because he won’t talk about it.”
Number Fourteen: He Still Likes “Bawitdaba.” Kid Rock still isn’t sick of his massive hit from 1998. He says that people still go crazy when they hear it at concerts.
Number Thirteen: He Learned How Not to Treat People From Limp Bizkit. In the late 1990s, Kid Rock was an opener for Limp Bizkit. He was incredibly disappointed with the way Limp Bizkit treated his roadies, so he decided from then on that he would never do that.
Number Twelve: He Still Finds Parenting to Be Difficult. Despite his fame, parenting has not become easier for the star. He said he still has the classic “push and pull” with his son, Robert.
Number Eleven: He Does Not Want to Hug it Out With You. Kid Rock might be a super nice guy, but he does not display his emotions outwardly. He said, “I definitely have emotional issues. We’re not gonna hug it out.”
Number Ten: He Wants to Fix the State of Rock Music. Kid Rock is blatantly opposed to “nu-metal,” and he has his own ideas about how to fix the direction that music is headed. He says that country artists should embrace rock music more.
